The only sports team proud to wear New Jersey on its chest was established in 1982 and named after the legendary Jersey Devil, which roamed the Pinelands of south Jersey. The Devils made their mark in the Garden State, capturing the Stanley Cup® on multiple occasions. Built in downtown Newark, New Jersey, the 17,625-seat arena was the first built in the metropolitan area in more than 25 years and is the driving force behind the city's revitalization. This panoramic photo of Jersey’s Team on its home ice was taken by James Blakeway.
